At Y2KPHONES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your retro tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the phone, battery, and any included accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and original serial number, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
